The interactive web cast, which is the second in a two part web cast series on ethics and compliance risk assessment, will be facilitated by Jeff Kaplan, Partner, Stier Anderson LLC. The web cast will focus on how to do the following:

Assess ethics, as well as compliance, risks.

Assess compliance risks using business conduct rather than legal categories.

Develop risk-sensitive reporting approaches to the board and senior managers.
