			<p>Waltham, Mass.  -The Ethics &amp; Compliance Officer Association has opened registration for its next web cast, &quot;Risk Based Compliance Program Management&quot; which will take place on April 26 from 2:00-3:00 EST. The interactive web cast, which is the second in a two part web cast series on ethics and compliance risk assessment, will be facilitated by Jeff Kaplan, Partner, Stier Anderson LLC. The web cast will focus on how to do the following:</p>

<p>	Assess ethics, as well as compliance, risks. </p>

<p>	Assess compliance risks using business conduct rather than legal categories. </p>

<p>	Tailor various compliance and ethics program &quot;tools&quot; - such as policies, training, auditing, oversight and due diligence - to individual areas of risk on a &quot;local,&quot; as well as enterprise-wide, level. </p>

<p>	Use the risk assessment to advise other SME's in your company. </p>

<p>	Develop risk-sensitive reporting approaches to the board and senior managers.</p>
