The William James Foundation (WJF) strives to advance the evolution towards a more socially responsible economy by developing and supporting new entrepreneurs committed to establishing socially responsible businesses and policies that will more equitably benefit all stakeholders -- consumers, employees and their families, and the public-at-large, in addition to investors. The William James Foundation's primary project is our Socially Responsible Business Plan Competition. Individuals or teams submit business ideas that have both financial and social responsibility goals. We have experts read them and provide feedback. The best entrants are invited to submit full plans, and many of those will receive cash or in-kind prizes. There are many definitions of social responsibility. We're looking for you to show us that you have incorporated your values into the processes and/or goals of your company.
