Sustainable Kids is manufactured entirely in the USA and uses certified organic cottons, recycled yarns and hemp blends. All our dyes are GOTS-certified. Screen printing inks are lead and phthalate-free. Even the labels and hangtags are made from recycled materials.

As designer, sustainable business advocate, and mother, founder Maia Andersen is committed to encouraging responsible consumerism and global compassion through her kids collection. Technically trained, sustainably acclaimed; Andersen is one of few US designers accepted at the Ethical Fashion Show in Paris, and Esthetica at London Fashion Week. With over 15 years experience as creative director and apparel designer, Andersen has directed and developed apparel collections for global brands such as Roxy/Quiksilver, Oakley and The North Face.
