About the RBA
The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is a nonprofit coalition of leading electronics companies dedicated to improving social, environmental and ethical conditions in their supply chains. The RBA is focused on labor and human rights, environment, health and safety issues, governance and ethics, standards, assurance and capacity building to improve the well-being of workers and their communities. RBA members commit and are held accountable to a common Code of Conduct and utilize a range of training and assessment tools to support continuous improvement. The RBA regularly engages industry, governments, NGOs and other stakeholders to drive sustainability in the global supply chain.
The RBA is comprised of more than 110 electronics companies with combined annual revenue of greater than $4.75 trillion and directly employing over 6 million people. Over 3.5 million people from more than 120 countries contribute to the manufacture of RBA members’ products.
