While most companies are very proud of their individual programs, they are increasingly concerned about systemic community issues crime, entrenched poverty, infrastructure renewal, and other social issues that affect the places where their employees live and work. The question more and more companies are asking is: How do we move the needle and advance the development of our local communities?
