The Maryland-Asia Environmental Partnership, the American Council of Independent Laboratories, Washington Laboratories and American TCB would like to invite you to an important forum regarding Environmental Business Opportunities in Vietnam on May 28 at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington D.C..
For the past decade, Vietnam has been growing at breakneck speed as its economy has doubled in size. Vietnam's phenomenal growth has come at a price as pollution, water and energy shortages are now impacting Vietnam's future. The country recently joined the World Trade Organization and is adapting to WTO standards requirements to ensure its future attractiveness as a foreign direct investment location. Join us to hear from the Vietnamese Embassy, U.S. companies working in Vietnam and U.S. government trade, environment and standards groups for this important public-private dialogue.
