Corporate Citizenship Awards Nomination's Deadline

The 2008 Corporate Citizenship Awards Nomination's Deadline is June 27.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Business Civic Leadership Center's (BCLC's) deadline is June 27 for nominations for the Ninth Annual Corporate Citizenship Awards. Have you sent in your nomination yet?

BCLC is seeking nominations about strategic, innovative programs that are addressing social challenges in the U.S. and around the world.

BCLC is accepting nominations across six awards categories:

• The U.S. Community Service Award - for a specific community service program in the U.S.
• The International Community Service Award - for a specific community service program outside of the U.S.
• The Partnership Award - for a company and a charitable organization that has exemplified success working together
• The Corporate Stewardship Awards (one to a Small/Midsize Company and one to a Large Company) - for a companies' overall values, strategies, and operational practices

The finalists will be announced in September and will be showcased at the Awards Dinner on November 18, 2008, in Washington, DC where one winner from each category will be announced.
