ACCP is partnering with Change the Equation for this very special offering of The Fundamentals of Measurement, focused on measuring the impact of STEM programming. You will learn the basics of impact measurement with a focus on and examples in STEM. The Fundamentals of Measurement for STEM Programming will give you the tools you need to support the grantmaking process – from identifying your NGO partners to measuring both the impact to the community and to the business. You'll benefit from valuable insights into the measurement landscape as you step through key considerations for measuring impact. You will learn the LBG Model , an open source logic model, which you can apply as a tool to understand the concept and process of measuring impact. You will come away from the program with the skills to better plan and manage your STEM programs. In addition, you will learn how to shift your communication from highlighting the amount of resources you allocate to being able to articulate the impact of your programming.

The agenda includes: Understanding the measurement landscape; An overview of the LBG model of impact measurement and how to apply it; Working with your NGO partners; Communicating your impact story. And for this session only, STEM programming information presented by Change the Equation: Choosing the right STEM issues to address Choosing the right STEM partner to achieve your program objectives. The program will also include information on how to use CTEq's programs and research to find and invest in leading STEM programs across the country.
