Have you been searching for a way to measure the impact of your community programming? Is the C-Suite of your organization asking you to demonstrate how your efforts are benefiting the bottom line? Do you feel as if you have no idea where to start? Or, have you taken your measurement efforts as far as you can and need assistance to learn from others and apply best practice in measuring the impacts your programs are making?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then The Measurement Academy is for you. The Measurement Academy is a combination of trainings, resources and consulting services delivered by ACCP and Corporate Citizenship that will educate individuals on the LBG Model, which is managed by Corporate Citizenship. Internationally recognized as the standard for measuring corporate community investment, the LBG Model is best considered as a roadmap to help companies on the journey from measuring what they input into a community program and how that translates into delivering impacts.
The Measurement Academy will consist of distinct program offerings to meet individual and corporate measurement needs. The two initial program offerings of The Measurement Academy are called Fundamentals of Measurement and Evaluating Your Impact.
The Fundamentals of Measurement program will be designed for those who have limited knowledge of measurement in general. It will expose them to the basics of the LBG model, important definitions and distinctions of the model and instruct attendees on how to “lay the groundwork” to begin measuring their own programs.
The Evaluating Your Impact program will be for companies and executives that have previous experience with the LBG Model and would like more direction on complex issues, benchmarking data and the ability to assess the total impact of an entire community investment portfolio.
ACCP & Corporate Citizenship are sensitive to the fact that potential attendees can’t always make time to leave the office. For this reason, the programs will consist of a combination of virtual and face-to-face sessions during the program.
