The Directors’ Intensive Program on Corporate Governance will examine current issues board directors need to consider to fulfill their oversight duties and lead with integrity. The day is designed to be relevant to both new and continuing directors, as well as executives responsible for supporting the board and for leadership and decision-making for their firms.
