Corporate Sustainability Management: A Context-Based Approach

A 2-day workshop with two overriding objectives:

1) to introduce and explain a compelling new approach to corporate sustainability management (CSM) known as context-based sustainability, and

2) to provide a detailed methodology for how to operationalize it in organizational settings.

Along the way we describe and critique other contemporary methods for performing CSM, while placing a heavy emphasis on alternative approaches for measuring and reporting sustainability performance. Tools, methods and metrics for assessing sustainability performance are covered in detail.

Each attendee also receives a complimentary copy of 'Corporate Sustainability Management - The Art and Science of Managing Non-Financial Performance', by McElroy and Van Engelen (Earthscan, 2012).
