Corporate Social Responsibility Event

How can you increase employee participation in your employee volunteer program? How can you more effectively assess – and then communicate – the value of your program? What software should you use to track all this information? In this follow-up to Building an Effective Employee Volunteer Program from the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, focus shifts from how to build an effective employee volunteer program to how to make it better. Based largely on peer-to-peer learning, this intensive exploration of best and current practices puts participants in the pedagogical driver seat. Participants will also have an opportunity to continue working together via a post-program online networking forum.
