As a Chef, restaurateur, food educator and visionary, Ann Gentry has spent the past twenty-five years striving to raise the standard of vegetarian cooking in this country. Our goal is to raise awareness and offer the community a Series of fun, dynamic and interactive events whereby one can learn first-hand about the connection of the food, the environment, and living Green.

Join Us for a wonderful Green Gourmet Eco Speaker Series (which officially launches Summer 2008)!

In connection with the changing seasons, we hope to highlight amazing Guest Chefs & Speakers for each of the Summer 08', Autumn 08', Winter 08' and Spring 09' seasons to showcase the wonderful variety of organic and healthy foods that can be used, eaten and enjoyed throughout the year.

Apart from raising awareness and creating a community of eco-conscious partners, proceeds from the Green Gourmet Eco Speaker Series will also go towards the development of a Girls Sustainability Initiative that aims to foster "sustainability" in kids with an emphasis on both "inner and outer ecology."
