Call for Participants: Doctorate Research on Employee Engagement & CSR

Currently recruiting companies for a research study on the relationship(s) between Employee Engagement and CSR at the workplace. Approximate date of survey administration is negotiable, starting in April 2013. This is a customized and validated NBRI 20 - 30 minutes survey applicable to workers 18 - 65 years old.

Any data collected (participants and sites) will be kept confidential per Capella's University doctoral studies IRB's policies. Economic incentive for volunteer participants will be available. Findings can assist managers at corporations interested on pursuing social responsibility practices at their workplace.

For further information, please contact Marlene Swider (learner-researcher) at (949) 608-4443 or e-mail to mswider@capellauniversity.edu.

This study will be conducted under the direction of my mentor, Dr. Maudie Gallop Holm, Lead Core Faculty at Capella University. She can be reached at maudie.holm@capella.edu.
