Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. Names Julius Pryor III Vice President, Global Diversity
(CSRwire) ATLANTA - September 20, 2007 - Coca-Cola Enterprises (NYSE: CCE) today
announced that Julius Pryor III has been named Vice President of Global
Diversity, effective September 20, 2007. Mr. Pryor will oversee the
company's diversity initiatives, and will report to Vicki R. Palmer,
executive vice president, financial services and administration.
"Julius' extensive experience directing global diversity strategies and
programs will help Coca-Cola Enterprises establish a winning and inclusive
culture," said John F. Brock, president and chief executive officer. "His
leadership and expertise will enhance our company's ability to attract,
develop and retain a highly talented and diverse workforce, and we are
very excited to have him join our team."
Most recently, Mr. Pryor served as Vice President of Global Diversity for
Johnson & Johnson's Consumer Group, a position he held since 2004. He had
previously served as Director of Diversity for Johnson & Johnson's North
American Consumer & Personal Care Group. Prior to joining Johnson &
Johnson in 2003, Mr. Pryor was Director of Diversity Strategies for
Russell Corporation from 2000 to 2003, and served as Manager of Diversity
Programs and Chief Diversity Officer for TAP Pharmaceuticals from 1997 to
2000. A captain in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Pryor received his Bachelor of
Science degree from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia.
Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. is the world's largest marketer, distributor,
and producer of bottle and can liquid nonalcoholic refreshment. Coca-Cola
Enterprises sells approximately 80 percent of The Coca-Cola Company's
bottle and can volume in North America and is the sole licensed bottler
