Enriching Responsibly-PotashCorp's 2006 Sustainability Report Launched
(CSRwire) SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN - July 30, 2007 - Potash Corporation of
Saskatchewan Inc. (PotashCorp) today released its fifth annual
sustainability report, Enriching Responsibly. The report documents the
company's 2006 performance in economic, social and environmental areas.
"We do more than enrich the land; we enrich lives," said PotashCorp
President and CEO Bill Doyle. "While helping farmers meet the demands of a
growing population remains at the heart of our business, we also set goals
and targets that reflect our expanded role in protecting the environment,
supporting healthy communities and operating a business that provides
value to investors, customers, employees, suppliers and our neighbors."
Highlights of the report include:
A record-low recordable injury rate
Total number of environmental events such as permit excursions down
by 37 percent
Shareholder return of 79.6 percent
The creation of a full-time position of Manager, Sustainability to
further accelerate the company's sustainability initiatives
A legacy for Saskatoon with sponsorship of the PotashCorp Vanier
Cup
New challenges faced by agriculture as the world demands more food,
better foods and more crops for biofuels.

PotashCorp is the world's largest fertilizer enterprise by
capacity, producing potash, nitrogen and phosphate products – the three
primary plant nutrients. It is the world's largest potash producer, with
