The Report is a comprehensive look at Coca-Cola Enterprises business and
its impacts on local communities throughout the eight countries where it
does business in North America and western Europe. The Report follows the
G3 guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and focuses on five
areas of corporate responsibility: corporate governance, workplace,
marketplace, environment, and community.
As a public sign of the company's commitment to operate in a responsible
and sustainable way, Coca-Cola Enterprises President and CEO John Brock
signed the United Nations Global Compact on behalf of CCE in early
2007.
"At Coca-Cola Enterprises, our commitment to corporate responsibility and
sustainability (CRS) is integral to our company’s vision of becoming the
best beverage sales and customer service company," said Brock. "CRS allows
us to fully leverage our global strengths while identifying risks and
opportunities we might not otherwise see, balancing financial
considerations with social and environmental ones to meet the growing
expectations of our customers, consumers, investors, and employees."
Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. is the world's largest marketer, producer, and
