to announce that Victoria Hale, Ph.D., CEO and Founder of Institute
for OneWorld Health, will be a keynote speaker at this year's Annual Conference
, Nov. 7-10, 2006, at the Grand Hyatt New York. Dr. Hale joins a list of
some of the world's most recognized CEOs appearing at this year's
Conference, including:

Last week Dr. Hale was awarded a MacArthur Foundation Fellowship for
creating a nonprofit model of drug development that is driven by the
neglected health needs of people in the developing world. She was honored
by the Schwab Foundation as one of its "Most Outstanding Social
Entrepreneurs," and Scientific American named her to its Top 50
annual list recognizing outstanding acts of leadership in science and
technology.
In addition to keynote speakers and more than 30 breakout sessions
throughout the three-day Conference, optional Pre-Conference Trainings
