(CSRwire) DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 25, 2006--Denver Mattress Company(R), CW2 and Energy Outreach Colorado are working together to make Colorado a warmer place this holiday season for thousands of needy people. For the fifth consecutive year, the three companies will join together for the "Share the Warmth" winter coat and apparel drive.

Donations may be dropped off at any Colorado Denver Mattress Company location from September 25 until November 15. A $20-off Dr. Choice Mattress coupon will be given to families who donate.

All coats and winter apparel will be given to Energy Outreach Colorado for distribution to various charitable organizations. Deputy Director of Energy Outreach Colorado, Jennifer Gremmert, elaborates on what the campaign contributes to the Colorado community: "This is the fifth year that Energy Outreach Colorado has participated in the Share the Warmth coat drive with Denver Mattress Company(R). We are so grateful to the generous Coloradoans that donate coats for this effort. These coats are such a great help for the families that we serve that have a hard time affording their basic needs."

In 2005 the campaign collected over 3,000 winter items for the needy. The companies' goal is to surpass that number with this year's campaign.
