Companies & Causes Day to be Held in LA on October 5 Gathering to Help Businesses & Nonprofits Prosper Together
(CSRwire) LOS ANGELES - Spurred by requests for guidance on building successful
business/nonprofit alliances, the producer of America's leading cause
marketing conference will bring its brand of training and relationship
building to Los Angeles this fall.
"Companies & Causes Day: LA serves two audiences: business executives who
want to "do well by doing good" and nonprofit leaders seeking insights
into building mutually-beneficial relationships with corporations," said
David Hessekiel, president of Cause Marketing Forum, Inc. which will
produce the event at the Luxe Hotel Sunset Boulevard on October 5.
Complete information is available at www.companiesandcauses.com .
Attendees can attend an all-day intensive workshop, the "Building
Company/Cause Alliances Institute", or invest two hours to attend the
"Companies & Causes Day: LA Luncheon" which will feature outstanding
speakers in the field.
"After four years of holding our national conference in New York City,
we've decided to produce a special event for West Coast businesses and
nonprofits who've resisted traveling east," explained Hessekiel, whose
company is based in suburban Rye, New York.
Companies & Causes Day: LA has received a warm reception from California
businesses including sponsorship from Nestle, Washington Mutual, Allison &
Partners, Kintera, Kompolt and Top Design.
