Based in Europe, Fish will be responsible for managing BSR's activities in

BSR's more than two-dozen European member companies, providing consulting

Fish brings extensive experience developing strategies and policies
related to corporate responsibility and sustainable development. She has

to the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, and most
recently was Vice President for Public Policy at Monsanto.
In announcing her selection, Cramer said, "Kate is a wonderful addition to
our team and will provide high-quality insight and service to our member
companies in Europe. She will build on her vast experience helping
companies address complex issues, and will draw on her ability to create
effective dialogue with stakeholder groups. We are excited to have her
lead our efforts in Europe."
At the same time, BSR announces the addition of another individual who
brings invaluable experience and expertise to its work.

years on the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team at BT Group in the
U.K.
While at BT, he was responsible for the company's sustainability report.
He developed the company's CSR business case and strategy, and initiated
their "Delivering Enlightened Shareholder Value" communications program
