(CSRwire) New York, NY - Amy Domini, founder and CEO of Domini Social
Investments, announced today that the company has hired Kyle J. Johnson as
Director of Institutional Sales and Peter Salts as Director of Finance and
Compliance.
Kyle J. Johnson, Director of Institutional Sales

Research & Analytics,Inc., where he served as Chair of the Domini 400
Social Index(SM) Committee, responsible for the maintenance of the Index
and determining the direction and consistency of its maintenance
methodology. The Domini 400 Social Index serves as the basis for the

basic financial criteria, companies are included in or excluded from the
Index on the basis of their community relations, corporate governance,

quality or benefits of the product or service they offer.
"My colleagues and I at KLD have developed a rigorous process to maintain
an index that meets the needs of the typical socially responsible
investor," said Mr. Johnson. "I'm delighted to have the opportunity to
talk to the public about how Domini is applying that index in real-world
investing and advocacy, and about the vision of socially responsible
investing that KLD and Domini share."
Mr. Johnson holds a master's degree in theological studies from Harvard
Divinity School and a bachelor's degree in comparative religion from
Harvard College.

mutual and annuity funds in excess of $25 billion. During his tenure he
developed a management reporting package that detailed the profitability
of the firm's mutual fund product line. Prior to joining American Skandia,
he worked for Goldman Sachs Asset Management for over five years, where he
oversaw and managed
back-office financial operations for over 50 mutual funds.
"I am excited about being a member of the Domini team and am looking
forward to meeting the challenges related to growing the business and the
creation of new products," said Mr. Salts.
Mr. Salts holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance and a
master's in business administration, both from Pace University.
