(CSRwire) SANTA BARBARA, CA. - October 7, 2008 - Intervals, the growing online project management service, has recently been updated to address customer feedback regarding pricing and features. New and existing customers will login to find higher project limits, increased document storage, and a new email polling feature.

The number of projects per plan was increased to give customers more for their money and to keep the pricing consistent across all subscription plans. The amount of document storage was increased to enable customers to store more of their documents and media online. "Our customers have been telling us that increasing project limits would be a tremendous boon to their productivity," said John Reeve of Pelago. "And now with increased document storage, our larger customers are finding it even easier to manage their workflow using only one application."

Intervals pricing is based on usage — plans are based on the number of projects being managed — a departure from traditional software priced according to the number of users. Noted for their affordability, Intervals subscription plans range from $20 to $175 per month. "Charging according to the number of users felt counter-intuitive to us as small business ourselves," said Braden Jones of Pelago. "Basing the pricing on number of projects allows small teams to easily band together on projects without being charged for adding another person to their team."

The Intervals team has also completed a new email polling feature. Intervals customers can now field client requests from any email box into their Intervals task management account. Intervals customers will find it easier to receive documents and media from their clients. Attachments sent along with emails are parsed into the Intervals document storage system. "Expediting client requests efficiently is important for a service company," said Michael Payne of Pelago.

"Especially considering how tricky it can be getting clients to login to an application to submit requests. This feature gives them an easy-to-use and familiar alternative, email."

The Intervals team has announced they are currently developing Milestones and a Calendar and will be launching both in the fourth quarter.
