HCI Rebrands as 4tell(TM); Introduces New Board of Managers
(CSRwire) PORTLAND, Maine, June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- HCI Solutions, LLC, (http://www.4tellsolutions.com)
announced today that it is re-branding as 4tell(TM) Solutions, LLC, to
reflect the company's position as a leading provider of predictive and
sustainable "green" facility governance solutions. The Maine-based company
also introduced its new Board of Managers.
"The 4tell(TM) brand demonstrates the forward thinking nature of our
clients," said Jim Kavanagh, 4tell(TM)'s President and CEO. "The number
'4' signifies the four pillars of sustainability -- economic, energy,
environmental and social -- which are critical factors that can
dramatically impact an organization's overall performance. 4tell(TM)'s
innovative solutions help the market address these demanding
challenges."
The re-branding effort is part of an overall company campaign to increase
market awareness for 4tell(TM)'s iPlan(TM) technology platform.
"We anticipated the day when volatile energy costs and economic pressures
would make "green" operations a necessity instead of a luxury," Kavanagh
said. "We invested well ahead of the curve and now deliver
ready-to-implement, market leading technology solutions that optimize
operational performance and enable organizations to make informed
investment decisions; as well as to manage their goals and objectives for
corporate social responsibility and sustainability."
Earlier this year, Cordjia, a Delaware and Maine-based private equity firm
with extensive management, operations, technology and real estate
expertise, acquired a majority interest in 4tell(TM) and has infused
significant capital to accelerate the company's growth.
Several members of Cordjia's management team have joined 4tell(TM)'s newly
named Board of Managers, including Blaine Buck, a licensed architect and
professional engineer who has delivered projects globally with a total
development cost of over $1 billion; Navroze Eduljee, a former director of
information management and business intelligence with MBNA America (Bank of
America); and Frank McKelvey, former vice chairman of MBNA America (Bank of
America). Joining them on the board will be Kevin Mattson, President and
CEO of Mattson Development and former Chief of Staff to the Majority
Leader of the Maine House and Executive Director of the Maine Democratic
Party, and Kavanagh. Cordjia Management Team Member Shane Flynn, former
Chief Executive Officer of MBNA Europe (Bank of America) and recently
appointed chairman of Chester Renaissance, a £1.5 billion economic
development organization in Chester, United Kingdom, will also continue to
advise 4tell(TM).
"With our newly appointed Board of Managers and the financial backing of
Cordjia, 4tell(TM) is poised to execute its growth strategy and support
its clients business requirements both near and long-term," said Cordjia's
Frank McKelvey.
