Organic Flowers Bloom at Marriott Events
Marriott is the first hotel company to offer organic flowers at events & meetings
(CSRwire) BETHESDA, MD – February 11, 2007 - With more than 35 million U.S.
consumers spending $209 billion annually on socially and environmentally
responsible products*, Marriott (NYSE:MAR) becomes the first hotel company
to offer its customers organic and sustainably-grown flowers for their
events and meetings. Through a partnership with Organic Style Ltd.,
customers can get these beautiful flowers for their weddings, meetings and
other events at prices competitive with comparable, high-quality,
non-organic flowers at participating Marriott and Renaissance Hotels in
North America.

customers sustainably-grown flowers that help protect the environment,"

Organic Style, with their flagship floral brand, Organic Bouquet, is
widely recognized as the pioneer of the U.S. eco-flower market. Their
flowers are grown with organic and ecological farming practices to improve
the quality of farm working conditions, minimize damage to ecosystems,
